Anthony York

Anthony York has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Anthony is currently serving as the Group People Director for IP Group plc, where they are responsible for the full People agenda, focusing on Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Development, and Compensation. Prior to this, they were the Director at Only People Ltd, where they provided non-exec and reward practice advisory services. Anthony also co-founded and served as a Director at Reward Outsource Solutions Ltd, developing the company's outsourcing proposition. Anthony has also held the position of Head of Reward at Punch Taverns, overseeing all aspects of employee reward. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant at Towers Perrin and as an Analyst at Bacon & Woodrow.

Anthony York attended Lancaster University from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a BSc degree in Maths & Statistics.
