Caroline Harris

Caroline Harris has extensive work experience in various leadership and HR roles. Caroline most recently served as the Head of Organisational Development at IPH Limited since February 2020. Prior to that, they were the Head of People and Culture at Co-Ground from December 2019 to February 2020. Caroline also worked as a Strategic HR Business Partner at Alinta Energy from November 2018 to November 2019 and as a Senior HR Business Partner at Leidos from September 2017 to November 2018. Caroline has also had a career break to travel through Europe from June 2017 to August 2017. Before that, Caroline held the position of Head of Human Resources at Slater and Gordon Lawyers from January 2016 to May 2017 and as a National HR Business Partner from May 2013 to December 2015.
