Phillip Heuzenroeder

Philip has been Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of IPH since 2016.

Prior to joining the IPH Executive Leadership Team, he was a Principal of member firm Spruson & Ferguson for over 12 years.

Philip brings over 25 years as a solicitor and governance professional, both in private practice and in-house, to the role. His expertise covers a broad range of areas of law including commercial law, competition law, ICT, intellectual property, and litigation.

Philip is the President of Licensing Executives Society ANZ and a former Director of the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation.
