C. Steven Malliard has a diverse range of work experience in various roles related to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and marketing analytics. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing at Argosy University Chicago from 2008 to 2009.
