Chris Samuel has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chris started their career as an Assistant Product Manager at Emap, where they worked on creative development, delivery, and budgeting for promotional campaigns. Chris then moved on to Financial Times Business as a Product Manager/Senior Marketing Executive, where they managed a portfolio of newsletters and was responsible for promotional and tactical marketing plans.

After that, Chris joined Frost & Sullivan as a Marketing Manager, where they were in charge of new business acquisition in the public training division. Following this, they joined BGL Group, where they held various senior management positions. Chris served as a Marketing Communications Manager, responsible for all group marketing communications requirements. Chris also led the contact center customer journey and experience and delivered process improvements and optimization. Additionally, they held roles in business analysis, digital customer experience, and senior management within the IT commercial development team.

Chris'snext venture was TCP LifeSystems, where they worked as a Program Manager. Chris later joined iPipeline as an Account Director, where they helped transform the UK Protection industry with SS/G Digital and was responsible for UK SS/G Digital clients. Chris'smost recent role at iPipeline was as the Business Operations Director.
