Jennifer M. is a seasoned Information Technology leader with over 20 years of experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Agile Enablement at iPipeline, Jennifer focuses on managing a team of Agile Coaches to enhance organizational agility using Lean and SAFe methodologies. Previously, Jennifer held key roles at UKG, including Principal Agile Coach and Lead Agile Coach, where they supported over 350 teams in adopting Agile practices.
