Mary Kay McDannell

Mary Kay McDannell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and learning and development. Mary Kay currently holds the position of VP, Global Learning and Development at iPipeline. Prior to that, they worked as a Global Principal HR Business Partner at Infor from 2021 to 2023. From 2008 to 2021, they served as the Global Human Resources Director, SPHR, SHRM-SCP at Allscripts. Mary Kay also held various roles at Eclipsys Corporation, including Sr Director of Human Resources and Director of Employee & Organizational Development. In these roles, they led talent development efforts, optimized employee performance and engagement, and implemented programs for career growth and development.

Mary Kay McDannell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from York College of Pennsylvania. Mary Kay has also obtained additional certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
