Erica Carroll

Erica Carroll currently serves as the VoIP Services Coordinator at IPitomy Communications, LLC since March 2023, while also operating as an Artist and Owner at Knotty Octopus since March 2020. Prior to these roles, Erica held the position of Segment Relations Manager at the American Accounting Association from April 2016 to September 2019. Earlier experience includes various positions at Verizon, including Business Operations Coordinator, Operations Specialist, and Retail Sales Representative from November 2007 to December 2015. Erica began their professional journey at Walt Disney World as a College Program Intern from May 2004 to January 2005. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington, earned in 2007.
