Fortesa Manaj

Fortesa Manaj is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Lecturer at Creative Hub Kosovo since July 2023. Fortesa has held multiple roles at IPKO Telecommunications since July 2019, including HR Head of Unit for Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Team Leader of Talent Acquisition, and Training Officer. Previous experience includes a position in the Human Resources Department at BKT - Banka Kombetare Tregtare from March 2017 to July 2019, and internships at the Ministry of Finance and Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo in 2016. Fortesa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Mathematics in Banking and Insurance from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at the University of Prishtina, completed in 2016.
