Philippe Therrien

Philippe Therrien, P.Eng has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Philippe started their career at JD Irving in 2003, where they worked in maintenance until 2009. After that, they joined IPL, Inc. and held various roles including Engineer in Training, Process Engineer Supervisor, and Technical Process Manager. During this time, they gained experience in systems optimization, customer support, buying new machines, and managing teams. In 2019, Philippe joined IPL Innovative Packaging Leaders as the Director of Operations, where they are responsible for developing long-term strategies, analyzing data and metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring production efficiency. Philippe also works closely with employees and union representatives, manages cost savings projects, and oversees planning and managing changes.

Philippe Therrien, P.Eng has a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Moncton, obtained from 2005 to 2010. Philippe also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Université de Moncton, completed from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, they have a technical diploma in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology/Technician from Cégep de Thetford, earned in 2010-2011, and a Master Molder certification from RJG in Plastics Processing in the same time frame.
