Farhan Kagad

Farhan Kagad has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Farhan is currently working as a Senior Analyst in Talent Acquisition at Boomi since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at iPlace in various roles, including Principal Recruiter, Lead Sourcer/Recruiter, Senior Sourcer/Recruiter, and Sourcer/Recruiter, where they utilized various sourcing techniques to find high-quality candidates for technical requirements. Before iPlace, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at EVERSANA from August 2020 to July 2022. Farhan also has experience in marketing, having worked as a Marketing Lead at Elpar Industries & Suppliers and as a Project Manager at Amura Marketing Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Farhan began their career at Enthrall Technologies Pvt. Ltd., starting as a Software Tester and eventually being promoted to an Associate Project Manager.

Farhan Kagad completed their education with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Application from Kalinga University in Raipur, from the year 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2006 and 2010. Their secondary education was completed at Rosary High School in 2004, where they received their 10th-grade degree specialized in science.
