Rakhi Kolhe

Rakhi has been with iPlace since its inception and has managed multiple departments, including sourcing operations and client delivery, training, and professional development. Working with the marketing department, she currently manages internal and external communications, content strategy, and market research. Her knowledge and experience in the global recruiting industry and her meticulous writing skills make her the right person to manage iPlace’s corporate communications.

Rakhi has 17+ years of experience in the recruiting industry working for clients across North America, Europe, and APAC regions. She started as a Technical Recruiter with InfoVision IT Ltd. Her core competencies are passive candidate sourcing and research. Rakhi is also very active in We Make A Difference, iPlace’s Corporate Social Responsibility program that supports humanity, animal welfare, and the environment.

Rakhi completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Pune. She is an avid reader, and her favorite authors are Enid Blyton, Agatha Christie, Sidney Sheldon, and John Grisham. Another old hobby is collecting coins.
