Hernan Arcidiacono

Hernan Arcidiacono is the Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTIO) at IPLAN Argentina, where they define and implement technological and operational strategies while driving digital transformation in the telecommunications sector. Currently overseeing the transition from a monolithic system to a state-of-the-art microservices architecture, Hernan also focuses on advancing the Digital TELCO initiative. With a rich background in engineering and operations, including significant achievements in FTTH/GPON network deployment and internet strategy development, Hernan actively contributes to regional internet organizations as a Fiscal Commission Member at LACNIC. They hold an engineering degree from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and have pursued additional education in business and digital strategies at various prestigious institutions.
