Pawel Marciniak

Pawel Marciniak is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as President of IPMPC (DBA) Naturpak since January 2018, Marciniak oversees the production of high-quality wet pet food products. As Chief Executive Officer of IPMF LLC since January 2007 and Chairman of the Board of Directors at IPM Foods since January 2006, Marciniak has demonstrated strong leadership skills. Previous roles include General Manager of Retortable Containers at Kerry Group and Senior Engineer Manager for R&D Implementation at Tetra Pak, where expertise in compliance with USDA and FDA regulations was developed. Marciniak's entrepreneurial spirit is evident in the successful startup of IPM Foods LLC, which reached $6 million in revenue within three years.
