Richard Lee is currently the CEO at iPosi. Prior to this, they were the EVP Sales and Marketing at Global Locate from September 2000 to December 2003. In this role, they were responsible for international semiconductor sales and business development, as well as new technology introduction. Richard also managed handset and semiconductor platform relationships with wireless operator customers. Global Locate was acquired by Broadcom during their tenure.

From January 1996 to March 1997, Richard Lee was the President at PCS Solutions, where they were responsible for the infrastructure for wireless and cable operators. From December 1992 to December 1996, they served as the Executive Director at US WEST/PrimeCo.

Richard Lee began their career in 1977 as the Assistant VP Corporate Development at Gould, Inc., where they were responsible for mergers and acquisitions, public equity financing, debt financing, and venture investments in high-technology businesses. Richard then became a Product Manager at Motorola in 1973, a position they held until 1987.

Richard Lee has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Detroit.
