Bekzod Idayatov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and transformation within banking and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in the Transformation office at ИПОТЕКА-БАНК, Idayatov manages transformative projects aimed at enhancing shareholder value. Previously held the position of Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where key contributions included overseeing post-merger integrations, transforming banking functions, and addressing fraud risks in lending operations. Idayatov also has entrepreneurial experience as a partner in Snacklab LLC and Revincore LLC, alongside leadership roles in financial services and operations. A graduate of Westminster International University in Tashkent, Idayatov has furthered expertise through certifications in financial modeling and valuation as well as ongoing ACCA studies.
