Andy's earlier roles involved significant sales and operational management, including positions at Fosroc Singapore and K.A Building Construction Pte Ltd, demonstrating a strong background in strategic planning and client relationship management. Educational qualifications include a diploma from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, attained between 1997 and 2000.
