Apple Siu has a diverse work experience starting from 2008. Apple began their career as a Human Resources Clerk at MGB METRO Group Buying HK Limited. Apple then worked as a Human Resources Officer at CMA Testing and Certification Laboratories, Dah Chong Hong (Motor Service Centre) Ltd., and Heilind Asia Pacific. In their most recent role, they served as an Associate Vice President at IPP Financial Advisers, where they provided comprehensive financial planning solutions to clients.
Apple Siu attended the Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Higher Diploma in Applied Translation Studies with a field of study in Language Interpretation and Translation. Apple then went on to attend Hong Kong Baptist University from 2012 to 2014, where they completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management.
