Jorgelina Otero

Jorgelina Otero currently serves as the Head of Corporate Services at the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), focusing on financial management, local compliance, and human resources administration since April 2021. Otero is also a member of the Regional Senior Management Team, providing financial oversight and support to Areas of Coverage. Previously, Otero held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Women's Links Worldwide, managing finance, HR, and legal operations across multiple countries, and was responsible for implementing effective financial management systems and leading audit processes. Earlier experience includes a supervisory role at Auxadi, where Otero managed a diverse portfolio of clients and their financial reporting needs.
