Valerie Dourdin-Fernandez

Valerie Dourdin-Fernandez serves as the Global Humanitarian Director at the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) since December 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing a diverse team dedicated to enhancing humanitarian response capacity across global regions. Previously, Valerie held key positions at Save the Children International, including Director of Program Development, Quality, and Impact, as well as Director of Humanitarian Response, focusing on high-performance team management and crisis management. Additional experience includes roles at Social Innovation for Business, The Nature Conservancy, IOM - ONU Migration, Christian Aid, the International Committee of the Red Cross, Croix-Rouge française, and the IFRC, showcasing extensive expertise in humanitarian aid and program development. Valerie obtained a Master's degree in Business Coaching from Aden Business School and holds a BTS in International Commerce from ESIG Paris.
