Emma Norris

Emma Norris is a senior leader currently serving as the Director of Policy and Politics at the IPPR. With over a decade of experience in policy, research, and strategy, they have worked in various significant roles, including Programme Director and Deputy Executive Director at the Institute for Government. Emma also held positions such as Research Fellow at the IPPR and President of the Oxford University Student Union. They are currently the Chair at Young Women's Trust and have contributed as a Senior Research Fellow at the Royal Society of Arts. Emma's educational background includes a BA in English Literature from the University of Oxford.
