Harry Quilter-Pinner

Harry Quilter-Pinner has extensive experience in policy and research roles, primarily at IPPR since November 2015, where responsibilities have included Executive Director, Director of Policy and Politics, Director of Research and Engagement, and various research positions. Prior to IPPR, Harry served as Director of Strategy and Strategy Manager at Spitalfields Crypt Trust from May 2015 to October 2018, and briefly worked as a Research Associate at Global Counsel in mid-2014. An economist by training, Harry gained experience at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office from July 2012 to July 2013. Harry holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of York, completed in 2014.
