Calley Hollon-Leicht has held a variety of roles in the tech industry. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Ideal Innovations, Inc. as a Project Coordinator, where they coordinated with a team of instructional designers, programmers and designers to create both digital and print instructional material for US government DoD training programs overseas. In 2009, they became the Owner of Rocket Girl Media. From 2010 to present, they have been the VP of Client Experience at iPR Software, Inc., where they have created PR and marketing websites including online newsrooms, online press kits, event and social media portals, as well as marketing asset management portals for many fortune 500 and notable organizations. Additionally, they have assisted with company marketing materials, including designing a new company website, Google AdWord campaign landing pages and email marketing campaigns. Calley also held a temporary position at the University of Texas at Austin Technology Resources department from 2010 to 2011, where they served IT and website services for the university's operations divisions, including human resources, campus police and other services.

Calley Hollon-Leicht has a Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas at Austin, which they attended from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Austin Community College in 2004 and University of Houston-Downtown from 2002 to 2003.
