Nataša Pavlović Bujas serves as the President Elect for the International Public Relations Association (IPRA) for 2024 and has been a board member since February 2013. In addition to their role at IPRA, Nataša is the Founder and Managing Director of Blumen Group, specializing in corporate identity, reputation management, and integrated communications since September 1997. Nataša holds board positions with the Unija poslodavaca Srbije and the Culture Fund "ZRAK," and has contributed to various organizations, including as a Key Communication Expert for the European Union projects in Serbia. Nataša's educational background includes a Certificate in Personal Awareness and Self-Improvement from the U.S. Department of State's Global Women’s Mentoring Partnership Program and a pending Master’s degree in Marketing from DOBA Business School, alongside a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Belgrade.
