Tim Ballesteros

Tim Ballesteros, MBA, is a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant currently at IPRG, where they take care of employees and connect employers with cost-effective solutions. Tim has extensive experience in the field, having served as Vice President of Employee Benefits at organizations such as USI Insurance Services and Willis Towers Watson, as well as owning and operating Benefit Options Resource, LLC. They began their career as a Group Representative at Prudential Insurance and have built a strong background across various roles in employee benefits consulting. Tim holds an MBA from Rutgers University–Newark and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Stetson University.
