Sarah S. Youssef

Sarah S. Youssef, PMP, currently serves as the Growth Strategy Lead at Securian Financial, where responsibilities include leading the exploration of new solutions for Employee Benefits Solutions growth and managing the Solutions Growth framework with cross-functional teams. Previous roles at UnitedHealth Group encompassed several positions, including Clinical Research Program Manager, where program teams were managed to enhance care delivery methods for members, and Clinical Study Director, where the launch of the first virtual human research clinical trial was spearheaded. Additional experience includes business analysis and research roles within UnitedHealth Group, as well as a Promotions Intern position at Go Media and a technology support role at the University of Minnesota. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
