Connie Redfield

Connie Redfield is a seasoned digital marketing professional with extensive experience in search engine marketing and paid media management. Currently serving as the Paid Search Director at iProspect since January 2024, Connie previously held positions at Merkle as Associate Director and SEM Senior Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team of analysts and developing B2B strategies for substantial client budgets. Prior to Merkle, Connie led teams at HawkSEM as Team Lead and SEM Manager, focusing on client strategy and team development. Additional experience includes roles at Seer Interactive, hibu, RGIS, Cafe Flora, Jacqueline's Flowers & Gifts, Signature Inc, and Radio 1190. Connie holds a BA in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder and participated in a study abroad program at the University of Virginia.
