Currently serving as Group Human Resources Director at IPRS Group since April 2019, Lisa has previously held significant HR roles, including HR Business Partner at PPG Industries and Head of HR & Development at Napp Pharmaceuticals Limited. Lisa's consultancy experience includes providing independent HR advice to emerging businesses. With a Master's degree in Human Resource Strategy from the University of Suffolk and a Post Graduate Diploma from BPP University, Lisa combines a strong educational background with a proven track record in HR management and strategy. Previously, Lisa worked in diverse roles at Molson Coors, Moto Hospitality, and PPG Industries, among others, developing a comprehensive skill set in human resources and organizational development.
