Patrick Ro

Patrick Ro has extensive experience in the field of compensation and benefits, as well as talent consulting and financial analysis. Patrick is currently serving as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at IPS Corporation since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at AECOM as the Senior Manager of Incentive Compensation from February 2019 to March 2020. Before that, Patrick held the position of Director of Global Rewards and HR Systems at TechStyle Fashion Group from November 2017 to February 2019. Patrick also served as the Director of Total Rewards at DineEquity from August 2016 to November 2017. Patrick's career began at Mercer, where they held multiple roles including Principal of Talent Consulting from April 2015 to June 2016, Senior Associate of Talent Consulting from May 2011 to March 2015, and Associate of Talent Consulting from July 2010 to April 2011. Additionally, they gained financial analysis experience at AECOM as a Sr. Financial Analyst from 2008 to 2010 and at BT as a Sr. Financial Analyst from 2006 to 2008.

Patrick Ro completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Human Resources Management and Services from USC Marshall School of Business in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration/Management from Cornell University.
