Sebastien Jossart

Sebastien Jossart has a strong background in strategy and mergers & acquisitions. Sebastien currently holds the position of Vice President, Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions at IPS Corporation. Before joining IPS, Sebastien worked as the Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions Americas at Dometic. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Corporate Development at Masco Corporation, where they were responsible for leading mergers and acquisitions at both the platform and business unit level. Sebastien has also held positions as the Vice President of Corporate Development at GAF, the Director of Industrial Mergers & Acquisitions at Barclays Capital, and the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at UBS Investment Bank. Sebastien started their career at Deloitte & Touche as a Manager and later worked as an Audit and Corporate Finance Senior Associate at Arthur Andersen. Sebastien's expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and strategy has been honed through their diverse work experience across multiple industries and organizations.

Sebastien Jossart completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management and Accounting from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 1991 to 1996. Sebastien later pursued an MBA in Business from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2003 to 2005.
