Ana Montejo del Castillo has extensive experience in human resources and business development, currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at Group-IPS since December 2012, where responsibilities include the design and implementation of HR strategies, management of international HR teams, and alignment of key policies. Previously, Ana held roles such as Talent and Business Development in IPS SPAIN, focusing on talent acquisition and career planning, as well as a Project Manager in marketing research at Amber Marketing Research and Consulting, and a Senior Market Researcher at Millward Brown. Ana began a career in research through an internship at Ergo Advanced Research. Ana holds a degree in Psychology with a specialization in work psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
