Olivier Richarte is an experienced professional currently serving as Business Unit Manager at Group-IPS since October 2022. Previously, Olivier held the position of Directeur de projet at WLA Properties Lda from September 2017 to April 2022, where three residential projects were completed in Lisbon, overseeing all aspects from fundraising to project reception. Notable achievements include serving as Directeur de projet at Studio KO, managing a prestigious private palace project, and working with Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels as Assistant Maitre d'Ouvrage, facilitating the successful development of a high-end resort in Morocco. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager/Planner at Jet Contractors and main site manager at STBR Constructions, leading multiple construction and renovation projects. Olivier holds a Master 1 in Business Unit Management from CESI and various technical qualifications in project management and administration.
