Minoru Ganaha has demonstrated expertise in purchasing and customer service through various roles in the business sector. As an Assistant Purchasing Manager at Silhouette America, Inc. from October 2018 to September 2019, Minoru was responsible for preparing purchase orders and managing shipments using Microsoft Dynamics GP and Excel. Prior experience includes a position in Japanese Customer Service at Zija International from June 2012 to August 2014, where Minoru evaluated communication effectiveness and provided technical assistance to distributors and customers.
