Caitlin Boyd

Caitlin Boyd is currently the Head of Customer Success at IPscape, where they oversee client relationships and manage the support team to ensure high-quality service delivery. They have extensive experience in project management, account management, and channel partner management across various industries. Prior to their current role, Caitlin served as an Account Director at IPscape and was involved in multiple managerial roles, including Marketing Manager at Carreker Corporation and Operations Manager for Ipswich Junior Rugby League. Caitlin also holds a Diploma in Marketing from the Australian Institute of Management, where they began their studies in 2002.
