Geoff Dolphin has extensive work experience in various leadership roles and industries. Geoff began their career as an Audit Manager at KPMG in 1990 and worked there until 1996. Geoff then served as Finance Director at Allied Domecq from 1996 to 1998, where they successfully led the company's transformation and achieved significant revenue growth. Geoff later became a VP of Finance and Operations at Three Deep Inc., playing a key role in the company's establishment and subsequent acquisition by Diageo plc. Following this, they held positions at Enterprise Workshop as a Presenter from 2006 to 2011 and at Innovation Capital as CFO from 2006 to 2012. Geoff also served as Director at several companies, including ipSCAPE from 2014, Panviva from 2016, Whispir from 2014 to 2021, and Mandoe Media Pty Ltd from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Geoff is working as the CFO at Telstra Ventures, where they focus on investing in high-growth companies aligned with Telstra's strategic goals.
Geoff Dolphin has a diverse education history. Geoff obtained an MBA from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business, completing their studies from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued an ACA (Australian Chartered Accountant) qualification from 1991 to 1993.
