David Johnson

David Johnson is an accomplished executive in the engineering and construction industry with extensive experience leading complex projects and teams. Currently serving as Executive Director, Regional at IPS-Integrated Project Services since January 2017, David specializes in delivering innovative solutions for large-scale capital projects. Prior to this role, David was the VP of the Life Sciences Division at Encon Group, Inc., overseeing a team of professional engineers and project managers. David's earlier experience includes key leadership positions at QIAGEN, Inc. as Director of Engineering, and at Chesapeake Biological Laboratories, where David directed manufacturing operations and facilities engineering. David began a career in engineering as a Mechanical Designer at Whitman Requardt and Associates and holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
