Joseph Meloscia

Joseph Meloscia is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in field operations. Since November 2014, Joseph has served as a Superintendent at IPS, where responsibilities include managing subcontractors' work in accordance with project schedules and coordinating field activities during demolition and construction phases. Prior to IPS, Joseph held the position of Project Superintendent at Skanska from 2006 to 2014 and served as a Superintendent at Turner Construction Company from July 2001 to February 2005. Joseph holds a degree from Temple University, completed in 2001.
