Scott Zeller

Scott Zeller, LEED AP, has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Superintendent at IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC since January 2020. Prior to this role, Scott held Superintendent positions at HSC Builders & Construction Managers and Devon Construction Services, where responsibilities included managing field operations and ensuring safety on commercial projects. Scott has also held pivotal roles at Hollister Construction Services and Bovis Lend Lease, managing project schedules and enhancing quality assurance procedures. Earlier career experiences include overseeing interior renovations for CATO and Associates and establishing a construction business as President of Zeller Design & Construction. Scott began in the field as a Lead Framer and worked as a Draftsman, showcasing a strong foundation in construction processes and project management.
