Walter Nilsen

Walter Nilsen is an accomplished professional in the engineering and project management field, currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at IPS-Integrated Project Services since July 2021. Prior to this role, Walter held significant positions at Eichleay, Inc. as Director of Project Management and Regional Office Director, achieving notable business growth in Southern California. Walter's experience also includes Program Manager and Senior Project Manager roles at Jacobs Engineering, where new operations for oil and gas projects were established, as well as Senior Project Manager at Technip, directing large petrochemical projects. Walter's earlier career at Foster Wheeler involved key leadership roles in both project operations and engineering services in the power industry. Walter earned an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
