Alexandru Rotar is a highly experienced professional in global value and access strategy, currently serving as the Global Value & Access Director of Payer Engagement, Capabilities and Innovation at Ipsen since November 2022. Previously, Alexandru held various strategic roles within the healthcare sector, including Senior Business Development Manager for Equitable Access at CEPI and Global Pricing & Access Lead at Takeda for rare metabolic diseases. Demonstrated expertise encompasses payer strategy, capability building, strategic pricing, and patient advocacy across multiple regions, including Romania, Bulgaria, and Moldova.
