Alistair Kippen

Alistair Kippen serves as the Senior Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development at Ipsen since January 2016, overseeing global CMC strategies across various therapeutic areas, including Oncology and Neuroscience. Prior to this role, Alistair Kippen was the Vice President of BioPharmaceutical Development at Ipsen Biopharm, leading efforts in bioprocess and formulation development. Alistair Kippen's experience includes positions at MedImmune and AstraZeneca as Director of Analytical Biotechnology, managing analytical sciences within biologics R&D. Additional roles include Associate Director at Covance, where responsibilities encompassed analytical method development and product assessments, and a Senior Scientist position at PolyMASC Pharmaceuticals, focused on biotherapeutic protein chemistry. Alistair Kippen holds a PhD in Protein Chemistry from the University of Cambridge.
