Attila Szanto

Attila Szanto is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in clinical development and translational medicine. Currently serving as a Senior Medical Development Director at Ipsen, Attila leads global clinical development for Tazverik, having previously held roles such as Director of Translational Medicine and Medical Director at Epizyme. At One Brave Idea, Attila focused on precision medicine and whole genome sequencing to address cardiovascular disease. With a strong background in research at Massachusetts General Hospital and the University of Debrecen, Attila has contributed significantly to the understanding of immunometabolism, atherosclerosis, and epigenetics. Attila holds a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology and an M.D., complemented by a research fellowship at Harvard University.
