Chandini Shah

Chandini Shah is a seasoned Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in program management, coordination, and facilitation across various industries. Currently serving as the Global L&D Program Manager at Ipsen since August 2020, Chandini is responsible for deploying global L&D initiatives for managers and managing the Career Acceleration program for high-potential successors.
