Christophe Chassaing

Christophe Chassaing is a seasoned professional in pharmaceutical development with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Vice-President of Global API Development at Ipsen since April 2011, Christophe has also held positions like Senior Director of Pre-Formulation Technology and CMC Project Lead, focusing on Pre-Clinical Drug Product Development and leading late-stage asset initiatives. Prior to Ipsen, Christophe worked at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals for over a decade, where roles included Team Leader in Research Analytics and Bioanalysis within Pharmaceutical Sciences. Academic credentials include a PhD in Organic Chemistry/Chromatography from Université de Bordeaux and a Chemical Engineer MSc from Ecole nationale supérieure de Chimie et de Physique de Bordeaux. Additionally, a post-doctoral research fellowship was completed at Georgetown University from April 1997 to June 1999.
