Doris Madlberger

Doris Madlberger is an experienced communications and external affairs professional, currently serving as the Director of Communications & External Affairs DACH at Ipsen since May 2024. Previously, Doris held several key positions at Novartis, including Communications Lead for Kundl/Schaftena and External Communications Lead, as well as various leadership roles in strategic planning, operations, patient relations, and communications. Doris's extensive experience at Novartis includes a tenure in both Germany and Austria, where responsibilities included managing governmental affairs and patient advocacy. Additional experience includes roles at sanofi-aventis GmbH and AIMS International Congress Services GmbH. Doris is trained as a Systemic Coach from the Institut für Relationale Beratung und Weiterbildung and has attended the University of Vienna.
