Janet Chen

Janet (Renjie) Chen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leading financial operations across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Finance for Ipsen China since August 2021, Janet oversees finance and procurement functions, builds teams from scratch, establishes operational foundations, and reshapes business models for tax efficiency. Previous roles include Finance Director at ConvaTec for Greater China and Head of Finance for multiple business units at Sanofi. Janet started her career at Xinhua Finance as a Credit Rating Analyst and has held various finance management positions at Coca-Cola, Diageo, and Sony. Janet holds an MPhil in Accountancy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a BA in Accounting from East China University of Science and Technology.
