Joanna Sosnowska has over two decades of experience in human resources and communications, currently serving as Communication Lead and HR Director for Poland and Ukraine at Ipsen since July 2019. Prior to this role, Joanna worked at Novartis Poland Sp. z o.o. from November 2000 to June 2019, where Joanna held the position of Senior HR Business Partner and Compensation & Benefits Manager.
