Joel Gailes

Joel Gailes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development IT, currently serving as the Senior Director of R&D and CMO IT at Ipsen since September 2019. Previously, Joel held the position of Director of R&D IT at Shire from October 2015 to June 2019, focusing on clinical development and HEORE initiatives. Prior roles include Associate Director IT at EMD Serono, where Joel partnered with Global Research & Early Development and Medical Affairs teams, and various positions at Genzyme Genetics and Vertex Pharmaceuticals.
