Karen Mitchell

Karen Mitchell is a Director of Performance/Operational Excellence with extensive experience in leading technical teams within the pharmaceutical industry. They have held notable positions at Seqirus, including Site PMO Head and Senior Manager of Operational Excellence, where they developed and deployed Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Previously, Karen served as an Operational Excellence Master Black Belt at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, driving improvement strategies across global supply management. They obtained a BSc in Chemistry from Loughborough University and are currently employed at Ipsen.
