Lubica Foltinova

Lubica Foltinova serves as the Business Ethics & Compliance Director for Ipsen since January 2020, covering a broad geographical scope that includes Central Europe, the Nordics, the Baltics, Greece, Israel, and Cyprus. Lubica has a proven track record in executing and improving Business Ethics and Compliance programs, coordinating Compliance Committees across multiple regions. Prior to Ipsen, Lubica held various roles at Edwards Lifesciences, including Business Ethics Director and Associate Manager for EMEAC Ethics and Compliance, managing compliance in significant business operations and vendor relationships throughout Europe and the Middle East. Lubica's early career included positions as a Senior Compliance Analyst and Regulatory Lawyer, focusing on advertising regulations for OTC drugs and food supplements. Lubica holds a Juris Doctor from Charles University and a Certificate in Healthcare Compliance and Regulation from Sciences Po, along with a Masters in Law from Trnavská univerzita v Trnave.
